How to buy from MegaStore?

Stage 1: Find products



1)_You can browse through different template categories and find out about other products that can meet your needs.

2)_You can use the site's search feature to find related products.



After finding the product you want to buy, you should check the details about it.

1)_you can add it to your cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button.

2)_The shopping cart is loaded with the selected products, and you can add more products to the shopping cart.


Stage 2: Use the cart


1)_Click on the cart icon.

2)_To remove the product from your cart, click Delete.

3)_If you have a coupon, be sure to add it in the "Add Coupon" field.

4)_If you have any comments, you can write them here.

5)_When you are sure of your selection, you can pay your order by clicking on the "Checkout" button.


Stage 3: Pay the order



1) _ Enter the required information: (full name, email). And the password is optional to track product updates.

Note: Note: Confirm the information before proceeding. The product will be sent to the approved email.


2) _ Shipping is free.


4) _A summary of your order.


3) _ Then choose the PayPal payment method. Other payment methods will be added soon.

You will be taken to the Paypal page to complete the payment process. Then you will be contacted with the transaction details by the MegaStore team

  • Click Pay to confirm the order.



The following are the basic order processing stages:

Receipt of the request: After receiving the order from the customer, our team sends the order details to an email to the customer.

Confirmation: The order and information provided are validated to communicate with the customer.

processing: The request is then processed by ensuring the availability of the required services and preparing them for dispatch.

Delivery: Services are delivered after verifying that all required elements are available and fully fulfilled. And send it to the customer's e-mail.

Note: how long it takes to process the request. Between 1 hour and 24 hours.

Follow up clients: Customers are followed up after the delivery of the service to ensure their satisfaction and to address any problems or inquiries that arise later.

Non-delivery: In the event that the customer does not deliver the product within a maximum period of 24 hours. The money will be automatically returned to the customer.

We will refund your money if the product is not delivered to you within a maximum of 1 day from the date of purchase.


The product does not meet the specifications or I did not receive it? Contact us to address any issue related to delays in delivery.


In the event that the order is canceled by us,  the money will be returned to your account within  3 days as a maximum.
